干货|国际展会现场交谈话术

  外贸行业的各种展会一直是外贸公司寻找客户的一种重要方式,也是我们与客户沟通交流十分有效的方式。把握这些现场谈话小技巧,订单源源不断!

  打招呼:

  1、Good morning Sir/ Madam.早上好,先生/女士。

  2、Nice to meet you/ Pleased to meet you.见到您很高兴。

  自我介绍和介绍同事:

  1、My name is (小伙伴的名字) and I’m the (职位) of (公司名称).我是谁谁谁,我是什么公司的老板/职员。

  2、I would like to introduce (上司/同事的名字) the (职位) of our company.或者(对方的名字), this is our (职位) +(上司/同事的名字).我想跟你介绍这是我们公司(什么职位)的谁谁谁。

  上面这些只是寒暄,下一步就是要引起客户的兴趣,其实客户在你们展位驻足就已经说明一些问题了。后面的介绍将是获取订单的关键。

  过渡:We appreciate your interest in our company.谢谢您对本公司产品的兴趣。

  产品介绍:

  1、We are in this field for 5 years, too. These are our catalogue and our brief introduction. We cooperate with big customer , for example, ABC in USA, and DEF in Germany.我们在这行五年了,这是我们的目录和我们的简介,我们有和大客户合作,比如,美国ABC和德国DEF.

  2、This new product is to the taste of (国家/地区) market. I think it will also have a good market in your country.这种新产品在(哪里)很受欢迎,我想TA也会在你国的市场上很畅销。

  3、This product is now in great demand and we have received many enquiries from other countries.这种品现在需求量很大,我们也有很多其他来自不同国家的询盘。

  4、This product is a little special, it can work longer than others, because we use larger lipo battery, that’s why it’s a little more expensive, but it is very popular in Europe, we hope you can try.这个产品比较特别,比其他产品工作更久,因为我们用比较大的锂电,所以才有点贵,但是在欧洲很受欢迎,希望你能试一下。

  了解对方想了解的点:If you have any inquiries, please feel free to ask.如果有任何问题, 请提出来。

  报价:

  1、This is our price list for your reference.这是我们的报价单供参考。

  2、This is our FOB price. All the prices in the lists are subject to our final confirmation.这是我们的FOB报价单。但单上的所有价格,将以我方最后确认为准。

  询问需求数量:Thank you for your inquiry. Would you let us know the quantity you require so that we can work out the offer?谢谢你询价。为了更有效提出报价,能否请您谈谈所需求的数量?

  劝说客户下单:

  1、If you can confirm the order during the fair, we can give you more discount. 如果你可以在展会期间确认订单,我可以给你更多的折扣。

  2、We provide samples,You can try it out.After you have tried it out, I'm sure you'll agree that this is a very good product. 我们提供样品,你可以试用一下。我相信您试用过后一定会认为这是个好产品。 收尾:Thank you for your enquiry and nice talking to you, hope to see you again.谢谢您对我们的查询及很高兴与您对话,希望有机会再见到您。

  在交谈过程中,如果因为对方语速过快没听懂,千万别不懂装懂。你可以说“Could you say that again, please?”,这样一般客户就会放慢语速再说一遍,要知道的是这并不是失礼的行为。
